Okay, so here is what you need to do to enter it . . .
1.MANDATORY: Be a public follower of my blog
2. Take a picture of something to do with Independence Day/July 4th (example: fireworks, flags, food, people celebrating, etc.)
3. Put your picture on your blog in a post
4. Link up below with your name, what website you used to edit the photo (example: Chasity - picmonkey.com), and link to your post
I will look at each entry and choose the one I like best or depending how many people enter I will choose my favorite two. The challenge ends on July 11 at 5:00 PM US Mountain Time.
Britt from Encouragement for Everyday Struggles and Designed to Inspire has gave this blog a new design for me. She has also redesigned my other two blogs A Home Beyond the River and Book Reviews by a Christian Girl. She does a really good job designing things especially blogs! Her and I have become good friends and pen pals. It started from just following each others blogs and then commenting and so on and so forth. Britt is so nice and is a good Christian example to me and others who read hew blogs. Thank you Britt for being that way and for designing all three of blogs!! They really look great thanks to you! =)
Here is a special award that I made just for you Britt since you make awesome blog designs!
Rules:
1. Copy and paste these rules!
2. Copy and paste the award into your blog post/blog.
3.Pass it along to a person(s) who's blog design you think is awesome! =)
Below are photos I took when I had nursery last Sunday night. I took pictures of the other kids and might post those some other time but for now there's just these ones of Jael ("JJ"). Some turned out good and then others were okay. I ended up taking more of her than any other kid because she kept moving around. Most of her pictures ended up being fine though. =)

So . . . do you want me to do a photo taking or editing challenge for you guys?
Heather from God's Creations! is having a photo editing challenge. We're supposed to edit these photos the way we want and then name them, "write a poem about them, or something creative for the pictures!"
So Ruby P. over at Designed to Inspire challenged us who read that blog to edit this photo that she took.

I was really surprised at how ell it turned out and really like what it looks like. I used PicMonkey.com and was able to change the color of her shirt by using Tint on that site. I also did a few other effects that worked really well with the picture.
